This Brazilian artist is amazing. As a huge fan of unconventional mediums I love his work since he uses everything from dust to cotton to create his art.
For example, in his series "Sugar Children" Muniz creates images of children from the Caribbean Island of Saint Kitts out of sugar on black paper. They look like black and white photographs but a closer look reveals the individual grains of sugar. He decided to use this medium because the children are kids of sugar plantation farmers. His work is interesting and has a touch of humour as well, really cool stuff!
